THE CUSTOMER’S NEED:

The internal cooling system of the machine tool spindle can greatly improve the machining efficiency of the machining center. It is required to be equipped with a high-speed and high-pressure center water outlet rotary joint, which has zero leakage under high-speed and high-pressure conditions, and also meets the requirement of not overheating during dry friction operations.

OUR SOLUTION:

The principle of bearing free split design is that the seal only closes when there is pressure. When the pressure is eliminated, a small gap is formed between the sealing faces. This gap eliminates friction and seal wear during operation without coolant, allowing for unrestricted "dry operation" at high speeds.

THE CUSTOMER’S NEED:

The hydraulic rotary device system in heavy-duty equipment requires the circulation of multiple media to control various workstations, requiring high rotational speed, high pressure, non heating, stable performance, and zero external leakage.

OUR SOLUTION:

In order to extend the service life and eliminate seal wear, we adopt a non-contact sealing structure, which achieves the purpose of sealing by generating a pressure drop in the sealed fluid, and allows for a minimum leakage through a certain gap without affecting the movement of moving parts in the system, thus achieving the requirements of high speed, high pressure, no leakage, no heating, and zero wear.

The central rotary and steelmaking ladle rotary workbenches of construction machinery require the circulation of various media, such as water/oil/gas/signal, with large volume, heavy load, non interlocking media, harsh working conditions, long service life, and maintenance free requirements.

OUR SOLUTION:

The form of multiple sealing structures is suitable for different forms and materials of elastic sealing materials according to different media. The core shaft adopts spraying or carburizing processes to solve the effects of high hardness, wear resistance, and delayed oxidation. Both ends use PTFE copper powder support rings to solve the problem of load.

In the processing of mechanical components, a large amount of metal cutting is generated and cleaned by ultra-high pressure cleaning equipment. The spindle speed of the cleaning equipment is 500RPM; Maximum pressure resistance: 50MPa; High speed, high pressure, safety and reliability are required during use, with a long service life. The sealing components are wear-resistant and easy to replace on their own.

Using precision angular contact bearings as support, a balanced sealing structure, and hard alloy materials for sealing the double end faces, it can withstand high pressure, wear, and impurities; Multiple sets of small springs provide stable compensation force, with a split structure that is easy for customers to maintain quickly on site.
