FUNCTIONALITIES

Breakaway sealing technology only seals closed when pressure is applied. When the pressure is removed, a small gap forms between the sealing faces. This gap eliminates friction and seal wear when running without coolant, so it can "dry run" without restriction at high speeds; no bearings, good fan heat; split type, easy to install in small spaces.

1.Single channel for coolant or MQL;

2. Detachable technology allows unlimited dry operation without medium pressure;

3. The non-rotating part can have a stroke of up to 13.5mm to realize the movement of the tie rod, even if the clamping device is equipped with a rotating joint;

4. Full-flow design, barrier-free passage to avoid impurity residue;

5. The balanced mechanical seal uses silicon carbide, which has a long life, even under harsh operating conditions.
