FUNCTIONALITIES

The proven gap (oil film) sealing system combined with a mechanical seal (4 oil + 1 air) ensures reliable operation under mixed oil/air conditions.

1. 2-4 independent passages, the oil and gas circuits are effectively isolated and do not interfere with each other;

2. The oil port adopts a non-contact sealing structure design, which ensures long-term operation without trouble;

3. The core shaft is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with stable performance, and the aviation duralumin fan shell has good heat;

4. The discharge port design prevents leakage media from flowing out and facilitates collection;

5. Mainly suitable for high-speed and high-pressure multi-channel hydraulic oil and 1-channel air or air blowing environments, such as: CNC vertical lathe/sleeping lathe fixtures, etc.
